4 Mini Core Workouts

I have a lot of fun and favourite core exercises that I wanted to combine into mini core workouts. I know we don’t always have lots of time to exercise, so these workouts are perfect for those days.

You can do each workout by itself, or add it to an existing workout for your core component.

Mini Core Workouts

Complete each exercise for 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds after completing all 4 exercises. Repeat another 2 times, making 3 sets in total.

If 1 minute is too difficult, aim for 30 seconds and build from there.

Workout 1: Plank Rotations

Plank – 1 minute
Side Plank – 1 minute
Back Plank – 1 minute
Side Plank (other side) – 1 minute

Workout 2:

Jump to Plank – 1 minute
Leg Lowers – 1 minute
Flutter Kicks – 1 minute
Crunch – 1 minute

Workout 3:

Russian Twists – 1 minute
Mountain Climbers – 1 minute
Press Ups – 1 minute
Toe Touch – 1 minute

Workout 4:

V-Sit – 1 minute
Bicycles – 1 minute
Crunch and hold – 1 minute
Scissor Walks – 1 minute
