Somedays I know it’s harder to fit in a great workout than others, so I wanted to show you a brilliant little abs workout that you can do in just 6 minutes.
If you have more time, you can add this into your normal workout as your core section.
Our workout is written below so you can try it out at home or in the gym.

6 Minute Abs Workout
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, and rest for 30 seconds when all 3 exercises have been completed. Repeat another 2 times, making 3 sets in total.
- Plank Jacks
- Oblique Toe Touches
- Squat Thrusts
Keep your butt down in your plank jacks.
You are using opposite hand to foot in your oblique toe touches.
Try to return to a plank position without arching your back in your squat thrusts.
