My food choices tend to be quite bland. I’m one of those people who can happily eat the same meal for dinner everyday of the week.
We are all different, and what works for one person will not for work another. That said, here are 5 ways I’ve changed my diet for the better.

I wanted to start working on my pull ups a bit more this week, so I started working on negatives 🙂
This week is more of a ‘normal’ at home week for me. I’m trying to focus on my training, and of course my family.
It’s so important to make sure that you warm up, and for me it’s incredibly important to warm up my shoulders.
So this week for me was all about trying to get back on track with my food – I’m aiming to get back to eating more healthy foods, after all of the chocolate over easter.
James and I are away from home quite often, whether we are on training courses, going to workshops, running workshops (James, not me), or having the occasional holiday.
So we have now started to take a few bits of equipment with us so that we can train no matter where we are!
I love training body weight exercises – they really push me, and make me work hard for each rep. This workout is no different!
